Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]
Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
After furious head scratching, Roger asked:
| Yes, Mail is open and I'm looking at the Inbox folder.
|
| I did some additional investigation and ran Detect and Repair. I
| read in some other response to try and create a new profile for
| Outlook which seems to be a workaround.
|
| Is there another "fix" or will I have to completely rebuild a new
| profile? If this is the only solution, is there an easy way to
| migrate the data from the old profile to the new profile (e.g.
| contacts)?
