Not that I am aware of.
But there are a couple of other options you can try.
1. When you create the email, if you go into the Options box, there will be
an item there that will ask you where you want the sent email to be stored.
2. In Tools>Options>Email Options>Advanced Email Options, there is a tickbox
that states "In folders other than the Inbox, save replies with original
message".
Apart from that, I think the rules only ever move a copy, not move the sent
email as you wish.
