Rules to save certain file attachments

How do I set up a rule that would save file attachments with the extentions
txt,xls or csv to a network folder based upon finding the words "CONTINUOUS
DATA DELIVERY" in the subject line?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

By using a custom VBA script and configure a receive rule to execute that
script when those specific words are in the subject.
