Rules to Move Email

Hi All,

I am a new Outlook 2002 user. I have 2 different email accounts and I
created a subfolder in both the inbox and sent email boxes for my second
account. I tried to set up a rule based on "specified account" that would
move reiceved by my second acocunt to the sub-inbox folder but it does not
seem to be working. Also, when I try to create a rule sending "sent mail"
from my second account to the sub-sent mail folder, I notice there is only an
option of "move a copy" of the message, not "move the message". I want then
entire message to be moved to the sub-folder, not just a copy of the message
(which it would seem woudl leave the original message in the first account's
"sent email" folder).

Can I accomplish setting up rules for what I want to do in Outlook 2002, or
do I need to purchase an add-in program (like "Flow Ruler for Outlook) to
accomplish this?

Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian,

If you sent an email you can create only a copy of an email. You can not
only move this email.

A user in a company must have the right to have a copy of all his emails in
his Personal Folder. It is not allowed that a company or a boss moved all
sent items into a folder without an access of the user who wrote this
emails.

If you recieve an email you can move it by a rule.
If you send an email you can make only a copy by a rule.
