Rules & Signatures from OE6?

I have a lot (way too many) of signatures and rules in OE6. Is there an easy
way of importing them into Windows Mail? Even registry hacks would be
appreciated.

The file transfer app in VISTA looks a bit daunting.

I used the Windows Easy Transfer app.
Two comments. It won't let you save the data to a hard drive, which is a
nuisance when you want to transfer settings from one partition to another
partition on the same computer. Also, if you want only a limited transfer,
use the Custom setting. It hides Windows Mail/OE under the obscure heading
"Communications and Sync". But it works well otherwise.

Yes, it transfers everything, even account passwords.
