RULES / Select Action / missing / redirect it to people or distrib

When I create a message to redirect my messages to my gmail account, I have
to settle for forward instead of redirect because redirect to people or
didtribution list is missing. Help please, pretty please.

Redirect is only an option if you are in an Exchange environment, which you
are not (gmail).
