Rules Limit

I am running outlook 2003 on XPSP2 with Exchange 2000 server

Can anyone tell me if there is a limit to the rules you can create in
outlook 2003?
I've tried to add a couple new rules, and get and general error and the rule
is not created.

Exchange limits storage of rules to 32KB. This value can't be changed.
