Rules for additional mailbox

I have a user who opens an additional mailbox within her outlook. Is it
possible to use rules within this mailbox or just in her primary mailbox.
 
Yes, that is possible but you'll have to create an additional mail profile
with that mailbox as the primary mailbox.
