Rules and Forwarding

Is it possible to set up message forwarding with specific rules ie I would like to forward all messages containing certain text to another mailbox within Exchange both email accounts are on Exchange 2003 and running Outlook 2003. any help would be appreciated. I know how to forward messages to other folders using organise > rules and alerts but not to another mailbox

Check messages when they arrive
with specific words in the body
forward it to people or distributionlist

it's ok i've worked it out now. It's within Rules, start with a blank rule
