Rules about copies of XP?

How could you miss it in all this time. I've stated it several times in
the threads you were involved it.

In any of your post to me, you never stated you are an MS partner. All you
have made reference to me is how the MS OEM site makes other rules regarding
what isn't stated in the EULA. Anyone can go to that site and read it, so,
that isn't anything proof positive to your position with MS. But, after now
know, it is all revealing anyway. What makes you so remarkable that I would
read *all* of your posts anyway, related to others to whom you reply?
Oh, and being a MS partner does not make
one conform, if that were the case I would no be posting from a Linux
workstation using PAN as my Usenet client.

How in the effin hell would I know that you are using a linux based email
client to post here? Do you think I actually look at the properties of
everyone's messages to see what client they are using, if so, you are an
arrogant ass?

Even if I did look at the properties, how does that inform me that you are a
MS partner (again, an arrogant ass!)

Your understanding of conformity is nothing more than lies you posts on how
others should make understandings of what the EULA doesn't say, that is what
I have been replying to you about anyway.

Hey kurtrattail,

Didn't you just ask me to prove you're a rude, trolling type? And
then ignore the questions I asked, knowing what I could come back
with?

What you talking about Willis? Hasn't it been a couple of weeks since
we last crossed paths?
I can repost your history list if you'd like. It's up to you. You
are an imbecile and a flameout just waiting to happen. You need to
just clench your sphincters, go back under your dark, dank bridge,
and reattach your lips to the sewer pipe, where you're happier.
I'll bet you also think it's OK to pirate software, download
copyrighted music,

Actually, if you look closely at the Music industries suit, they aren't
going after the downloaders, they are going after those that make their
collections available to others to download. In other words, those that
are distributing music to others.
tap into a cable TV box, unscramble TV signals off
the air, and think seriously about killing anyone that looks sideways
at you, don't you?
Get a diet going!

The extra 15 pounds I'm carrying at the moment ain't gonna kill me, and
in fact, I usually feel better with a little extra weight than being at
my target weight for my height and build, and much less susceptible to
colds & other viruses.

Leythos,

You do know of course, that you are feeding a troll, right?

You do know that you just did what you claim Leythos is did?
The best
thing to do with bass turds like that is starve it (the troll) to
death with silence.

And telling people to do that in a public forum instead by private
channels, also feeds the troll.
It really bugs them to no end and usually there
will be a spate of foulness spread around, and then they drift into
whatever stupor it is they return to in the darkness.

You would know about being in a stupor!
I sometimes go at them too,

Self-admitted hypocrite!
when they succeed in getting someone to
respond more than once or twice, becuase it makes them all the madder
when I won't bite and get mad back at it.

LOL! I have begged people in the past, not to respond to me, for their
own good.
I mean, the toll. It
leads a solitary life of mental confinement so pity it, but don't
ever feed it.

Except when you are being hypocritical, like you!
Especially at night <g>.

LOL! Whatever.

I not heard Kurt advocate anything where there is broad agreement on legal behaviour. Even if you have the counterview to Kurt, Kurt's views still aren't theft. Theft is depriving someone of something forever.

Kurt's views are in civil law not criminal anyway.

I think he is probably wrong. But he could be right. Try an open mind pop, and remember today is Tuesday 6th March 2005.

(It's good to tell the demented the day, sometimes they remember for a few hours).

Really? That's in direct contradiction to something you said about
two weeks ago, I think it was.

Really? Please quote, because I wasn't saying I'm not arrogant, I said
I'm not "so arrogant."

But please feel free to quote what I said in the past that you think is
"in direct contradiction" with my statement of not being "so arrogant."

to me regarding your position of you being an MS partner, how quaint!

I tend to not reply to segments that were what I consider posted in rude
manner, and sometimes that means I also snip over parts that I just
figured where like the previous.

In order to answer your question, I never addressed the posts to you
specifically, I just figured that since you were in the thread, active,
and I was replying to posts that you were also commenting about in that
same active thread, that you would have seen my reply also. When reading
usenet posts, unless you've kill filed me, my post would show up in the
thread like all the others posting in those threads. It's sometimes hard
to follow a thread while just skipping (ignoring) posts. I tend to read
all the posts in a thread that I'm active in, even if I don't reply and
even if I don't like the poster.

So, are we good now?

Then don't figure (assume) that because I was active in a thread to mean
that I read every posts, that is arrogance. If I got into a thread on a
specific post, any replies by me are typically in repsonse to what I posted
beforehand. Sometime I do read other posts made by other, to see if there is
more info, but I don't read them all, and I only reply if I feel it is
pertinent to what I was discussing.
So, are we good now?

I am always good, and happy; you just need to stop making assumptions, and
take words for what they are, and not what you think they mean (ask if
you're unsure).

I come to the newsgroups to try to learn something but instead like in
threads like this get not what I came here for.
What I see is a lot of smartassed comments that are completely off
topic and a pissing match to see who can post the most verbose
discourse of utter nonsense.
Yes I have filtered out Kurt's comments but I did so to cut down on
the lengthy threads. I do get to read all the replies from everyone
else

Filter everyone who replies to either idiot for 15 days. That's what
I do.
