Rule Wizard Not Working

I'm running Outlook 2002 SP-3.
I've created a list of rules using rule wizard. It uses to execute
automatically every time I opened my outlook. Now (past month) I've
had to manually run it.

How can I set it so that it automatically runs every time I open my
outlook?

I've had a similar problem. Outlook 2002, not sure service pack as I'm at work at moment. Got rules set up and sometimes when I open Outlook it doesn't run them. And like you I have to then manually do it

Anyone know why it seems to have a mind of it's own
