Rule to move messages from unknown senders to a folder

Hi All,

In Outlook 2003, is there a way that I can setup a rule that will automatically move any incoming messages from unknown senders (ie addresses not in my personal or public address books) into another folder?

Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,

If you want to try and filter all e-mail so that only people you know get
through, you can enable the highest setting on the junk e-mail filter by
clicking Tools, Options, Junk E-Mail button, Options tab. Then click on
the Safe Senders tab and click the checkbox that reads "Also trust e-mail
from my Contacts."

Keep in mind that this will only work if you have all of your desired
people in your Contacts folder. I'm not sure if this feature will catch
any Personal Address Book entries, since the PAB is its own file that is
separate from the Contacts folder....
