Rule to Forward Email from a Public Folder

I created a rule to forward all email that is sent to a public folder to a
list of internal recipients. That part works fine, however when the message
is forwarded, the addresses in the CC field are removed so if you say Reply
All, the only person who will get the reply is the original sender. How can I
make sure that the people listed in the cc field are included when the
message is forwarded from the public folder (with the setting INTACT).

I can't remember exactly but i believe if you redirect the email
instead of forwarding it will do this. If you want to keep it in the
public folder as well you can have a copy delivered to it as part of
your rule.

I'm pretty sure the Intact setting is the re-direct setting, with the
standard setting is forward. But, I need it to work with the Intact setting
so that we can hit reply all.
