RRAS will not start after OWA publish

Hi, I'm having a problem with RRAS starting when it is
configured to allow VPN connection. First off, I have a
W2k SBS running ISA and Exchange. I configured ISA to
publish OWA externally and now RRAS will only start
configured as a router, no VPN. It was working fine
before I messed with it. I have tried stopping the OWA
publishing, and reinstalling ISA and Internet
Authentication Service. I get the following errors when I
try to configure and start RRAS:

Routing and remote access cannot verify that the default
remote access policy matches the setting for the server:
the default remote access policy could not be found.

Installation of routing and remote access service failed
because: the system cannot find the specified file
(80070002)

I verified that this DC is a member of RAS and IAS servers
in AD. Other that that, I don't know what else to do.
Can anyone please help???? Thank you!!!!!

Is your RAS Server configured for Windows Auth or RADIUS Auth ?
If it is configured for RADIUS Auth, please check the remote access policy
on the IAS Server.

I had a similar problem with starting RRAS when VPN was formal
aktivated - through it was no longer when trying to start the RRAS..
2003 Server Enterprise )
It was working fine before I messed with it.

hehe .. so as it was to me *g*

well the errormessage reads something like: "incomming connections ar
currently activated. deactivate incomming connections and try again.
.."
all incomming connections where killed. but still no success.

after messing around with all kind of system services, restarting ove
and over .. i finaly tryed to "repair" my LAN-connections - and voila
it works!!!
