RRAS routing does not work after restart

I have the following issue:
I configure my Server as LAN Router only using RRAS, everything is working
as supposed, but after restarting the server routing fails
when I look-up to my configuration all the Interfaces (exept the 'internal')
are gone.
if i disable RRAS and reconfigure they are in again - until the next restart

Any ideas ?

there is one, but I guess it is not related to it, so I didn't mention it
RemoteAccess ID 20192 (concerning L2TP)
