RQC.exe problem, need help!

Hello everyone,

Here is the situation that I'm having trouble with; Windows 2k3 Ent. VPN
server setup with quarantine control, RQS.exe is running correctly and
Windows XP Pro/Home computers have no trouble connection while using the
RQC.exe. The Windows 2000 machines are unable to pass the RQC.exe program.
All the systems meet the security requirements; it just doesn't seem to run
the RQC.exe application properly.

The Windows 2000 computer rqc.exe reports a "-1" error. I enabled the
rqc.log file using and get the following entry in the log file when the
Windows 2000 attempts to get removed from quarantine:

[484] 13:29:18: Info: Usage: rqc.exe /conn ServiceProfileName [/domain
DomainName] [/user UserName] [/port PortNumber] [/sig Signature] [/log
LogFileName] [/?]
[484] 13:29:18: Info: /conn Required. Specifies the name of the service
profile for which you want to run RQC.
[484] 13:29:18: Info: /domain Specifies the domain name.
[484] 13:29:18: Info: /user Specifies the user name.
[484] 13:29:18: Info: /port Specifies the port number used by RQC to connect
to quarantine server.
[484] 13:29:18: Info: /sig Specifies the signature that sent to quarantine
server to validate the client.
[484] 13:29:18: Info: /log Specifies the log message sent to the quarantine
server.

[1720] 13:02:39: Info: Parameters: Conn ConnName
[1720] 13:02:39: Info: Parameters: Port 7250 Log message (null)

[1720] 13:02:39: Info: Closing socket

I would appreciate any assistance with this.
