rqc.exe error on Windows 2000

When I run rqc.exe on a Windows XP client no errors occur, but when I use the
same script on a Windows 2000 client I recieve a "-1" error which prevents
the client from being removed from the quarantine. Is there something
special that needs to be configured on a Windows 2000 computer? Exactly what
does the "-1" error mean?

Example of script:

rqc.exe /conn "Service Name" /port 7250 /domain null /user username /sig
RASQuarantineConfigPassed /log "Security checks are passed"

Im assuming you are using the CMAK? Make sure you have the latest connection
manager installed.
I had similar errors but found it was an issue with a parameter not being
passed to the command line..
