RPC over HTTP

Hi,
I am trying to configure my Outlook 2007 for RPC over HTTP. I have
configured the client side and have also configured my Exchange server 2003
SP2, IIS Directory Security -Authentication and Access Control and Secure
Communication. A valid Cert is running good until 2017. When I launch
outlook from outside my organization it opens up and then i get a credential
logon back from one of my DCs but when i type in my username and PW it will
not accept them it just re-displays the logon Box. Is there a configuration
piece for my DCs that I am missing to make this work????

This is a question best asked on the exchange groups. Do you have RPC proxy
configured?

There are exchange newsgroups on this server or access it via the web -
