RPC over HTTP

I configured my Outlook 2003 to connect with our Exchange 2003 using RPC over
HTTP. I am able to connect to the Exchange when outside the office over the
internet, but once i am in the office it does not connect.
I tried changing the options of "on fast netwroks..." to both options but
neither one works.

Is the server name it uses accessible from the inside? Do you use a proxy
server inside the network?
