RPC over HTTP

How do I configure Outlook 2003 with RPC over HTTP so I can connect to my
Exchange server?

Is there a step-by-step I can follow?

Has anyone had any trouble getting this to work? Outside of the network, I
am unable to join the exchange server using RPC over HTTPS. The message is
unable to find server. Inside, I can connect but I am connecting via TCP/IP,
not HTTPS.

Any ideas?

No problems here creating a profile when away from the office and connecting
via RPC/HTTPS. There are client & server side requirements.

Client side:
* Windows XP SP2
* Outlook 2003 (recommend Office 2003 SP2)

Server side:
* Exchange 2003 installed on Windows 2003 Server
* Domain/Global Catalog servers for AD must be Windows 2003

No issues with SSL certificate used to secure IIS. (Meaning if you open your
browser and connect to the same https: address that is the exchange rpc
proxy, you cannot get any dialogs concerning the certificate.)
