rpc over http

I have several pc's and laptops configured to use rpc over http, and work
fine but on two of our remote user pc's after Outlook retrieves the email the
email is deleted from the server. Outlook is set to cached mode on both pc's.
Please can anyone help, this is driving me nuts.

Many thanks Robert, that is the difference between the pc's that are work ok
and the one's that don't.
