rpc over http

Don Powell

I have one employee who accesses her email from out Exchange 2003 server
using RPC over HTTP. She claims that some of her emails don't show up in her
Inbox for several hours though I'm not seeing any signs of that from my
users within the office. Any thoughts?
 
Make sure she has her Outlook in on-line mode;
untick File-> Work Offline
