Royale Theme?

I found the Royale theme on softpedia.com
Is it legit?

Or can Microsoft post it on their website for people to download?

Also I was wondering when Microsoft would come out with themes to download
for WinXP.

The Royale Theme is legitimate, it is the default theme for Windows Media
Center Edition. There aren't a lot of 'official' themes from Microsoft. One
other that I know of is the Zune theme, you can download the installer from
this link.

I've just been worried if I download it, it'll mess up my computer, somehow.
Since in the description it said that it was leaked onto the internet.

Royale is also known as Electric Blue. The reason you can use it on XP is it
has been digitally signed by MSFT. By the way, Royale is a Visual Style not
a theme, or more correctly, an msstyle.. They are not the same.
