Roxio PhotoSuite 5 error message - Help

Need anybody's help for this one. Everytime I open Roxio PhotoSuite 5,
I get this error message: "RoxioPhotoSuite.exe has generated errors
and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program."
I had been using PhotoSuite for close to a year now and this is the
first time I encountered this problem. Any suggestions, solutions?

Reinstall Photosuite or take a look over at the Roxio site for a solution.

Did those and still got the same problem.
