Hi, Jake:

I am running Win XP Pro with all updates applied, and Roxio Easy CD Creator
6. Within the last 10 days I started getting the almost the same error
message when closing Roxio's Creator Classic module after burning a CD, but
otherwise the program seemed to work OK. My error message is "ctcatend: MO
L65 F0 P2c3x, Error Code = 0".

Today I'm getting the message when trying to open the Roxio program, and it
immediately shuts down. I've downloaded the latest updates from Roxio; now I
am getting errors in other parts of ECDC like Audio Central.

Is this message coming from Windows or Roxio?

I don't see anything pertinent on the link that you provided (below). Do you
have any additional information? Is this a problem due to some recent
Windows XP update?

If you are reciveing the message just while running Roxio's products it's
most likely a problem with their software. If you report the message to
roxio you might get better support.

I eventually found info on Roxio's site: this is due to corruption in their
data files, and instead of deleting those files, they just throw up this
unhelpful message and the program crashes. Pretty sloppy error handling on
their part, IMO.

Turns out you have to go in and rename (should be delete!) Roxio's
Application Data directory. Then the files are recreated, the message stops,
and the program runs OK.

Thanks for your help.
