Routing with single NIC

Dear All
I have got two networks running i.e. Network A
(10.10.10.0/24) and Network B (172.16.0.0/24). I have got
a windows2000 advanced server installed. It has got one
NIC with two IP addresses and can ping computers on both
networks.I want it to route traffic of Network A to
Network B and vice versa. Please tell me if it is possible
or not , if it is possible then what steps do i have to
take to get it done.
