Routing remote access - not able to register program - pls heeelp!

Hi,
I have purchased a program on the Internet but I am unable to register the
program and therefore I cannot use the program.
In my service log I notice a "routing remote access was discontinued" (fault
340)
and I suppose that that might be part of the problem. The issuer of the
program advises me to reboot my computer but I wonder if the problem can be
found in my XP or if the problem is at the program issuer's server. I use
broadband with PPP connection. Would be pleased if anybody could advise on
how to solve this problem. Thanks!!

You will have to resolve this problem with the vendor.
Did you reboot as the vendor advised?
