Router as DHCP Server w/ configurable Gateway

I'm looking for a cheap DHCP Server for an existing network and don't
want to dedicate a whole PC (or a service on an existing PC.)
Does anyone know if there is a home router / appliance that allows you
to change the default gateway to something other than itself?

The only thing I can think of is a Wi-Fi device, which DOES allow you to
change the default gateway...at least my Linksys B and G do. I have 2 B's
and 1 G. I find the G is more maneuvarable...gives you more protection, and
allows you to change the default gateway. But it will still be a default
gateway IP...if you know what I mean...192. blah. blah. blah. That's just
the naming convention, the way it is. I don't know why you would want to
change the default gateway to anything else though. With WAP enabled, you
should have no problem.
