Router and Time synchronization

I had problems with the windows time synchronization always I got error
message. After I connected directly with the desktop without the router with
firewall then the time synchronization is worked. However, still I have
problems with my laptop, since I setup wireless connection I cannot use
direct wire connection but no problems wire connection through the router.
Both wireless and wired connection through the router work properly but I
cannot synchronize the windows time always I got error message.

Please help me to fix these problems. If my information is not enough to
figure out the problems please do not hesitate to ask me.
