Rotate pictures with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

The rotate function doesn´t work after I selected
the "Don´t show me this message again" that was informing
me that the image size would change..

-How can I turn the rotate picture clock/counterwise
funtion back on?

I am not sure, but try the fix below, it will not mess anything on your
computer. Let us know if this worked or not. This problem is beginning to be
reported and it would be nice to find the appropriate fix.
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ....32 and SHI....

The rotate function doesn´t work after I selected
the "Don´t show me this message again" that was informing
me that the image size would change..

Not sure about this but check to see if you lost functions which XP
associates with photo files.
Place your mouse pointer over the filename or thumbnail of a photo. A
textbox will open, the first item listed about this file should be
Dimensions in pixels.
If this item is not listed, doe the following:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
Now try to rotate again.
