RON Display and URL Display

I've contracted a virus or spyware that I can't get rid of.
It constantly pops up windows asking me if I want to
download the program that it's displaying. The program has
a different name very time, such as "Web Scanner", "Picture
View", etc. How can I get rid of this program? They're
both running in the task manager screen when I hit
Alt+Ctrl+Delete. Is there something I can delete in the
files on my "c" drive? Please let me know, and thank you in
advance!

Get SpyBot (free download), AdAware (free download), and a virus scanner.
Run them.
