roaming user profiles

i am creating users on my lan and i want to use roaming
profiles, but when i click change type of profile the
roaming option is disabled?

is there something i need to do to enable roaming user
profiles?

just copy the local profile to a shared directory and
point to that profile in Active Directory Users and
Computers or User Manager. you can then rename the
profile extension from .dat to .man to make it a
mandatory profile.
