Roaming Profiles

We have WinTerm users connecting to W2K Terminal Servers using roaming profiles stored on our file server.

Whenever we reboot terminal servers, handful of users lose their setting in their profiles such as Outlook, Word or lose mapped network printers. It's not all users but just some

Any ideas why this is happening

Thank you for your help in advance.

I guess you should have thought of this before, but just
in case, it´s the only thing that comes to my mind right
now: Do you make sure that the users who lose their
settings are not connected to the TS or somewhere else
when you shut it down? The point is that roaming user
profiles make local copies wherever the user logs in and
the last saved copy is the one which prevails, so if a
user was connected to a TS and the server is shut down,
any changes made during this session are lost, moreover,
if the user was looged in to any other computer and logs
off afterwards, these last settings will be those saved to
the server. Take this into account just in case.

We make sure that all sessions are logged off before we reboot terminal servers and they don't connect to any other servers except terminal servers with same roaming profiles. Can't find anybody who has same problem as we do yet.
