Roaming Profiles

Lets say I wanted to play a little joke on someone and
change their desktop background. How would I go about
changing this through their local profile or roaming
profile without logging on as that person?

Easy way... if they use one pc.... change the default
wallpaper in the winnt dir. or set a specific login
script for that user pointing to the alternate pic.
