roaming profiles corruption

getting profiles coruuption event 1000 userenv, when users
log their profiles are not saved, at logon the profiles
get corrupted and settings are lost, you setup the profile
again and then the same problem. Any ideas

EventID 1000 with Source Userenv is a very common one. Have a look
