Roaming profiles across multiple sites

I'm trying to set up roaming profiles in our organisation
but I don't want to have people using the WAN link to
download their profile. How can I set up replication so
that the profiles are available at all the sites locally?
 
Use DFS to host your user profiles and then setup various replication links
for your profile folder on each site. The client will detect it closest
server hosting profile in a site.
