Odd roaming profiles behaviour

Hi,

we have enabled roaming profiles for a specific group of people who often
change working locations within our company. One of the more odd things that
happens since enabling roaming profiles is that although their desktop
settings are now restored to whatever PC they are on, if they make any
deletions from their desktop, those deleted items re-appear next time they
login, whether they login to the same PC or a different PC. It seems as if
during the logout process the desktops are not being properly sync'd back to
the server that holds their profile. Is this a known issue? Is there
anything I can do to stop it from happening?

I am having the exact problem. The only solution i have heard of is to use
folder redirection, however this presents it's own set of problems. Hopefully
someone has a solution!!
