Road Runner account setup issue

Good day,
I am trying to set up a new email account with Window's Mail on Vista. I
have set up the parameters as instructed on the Road Runner help site and
receive these two error messages:
The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'test', Account:
'smtp-server.hot.rr.com', Server: 'pop-server.hot.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP,
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

and

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'smtp-server.hot.rr.com',
Server: 'smtp-server.hot.rr.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Can you help fix this problem?

You've got the server names reversed.

The Incoming (POP3) should be pop-server.hot.rr.com
port 110

The Outgoing (SMTP) should be smtp-server.hot.rr.com
port 25
