Why do you want to run this file? According to a Google search, it's a system executable used on Windows 98 and Windows Me that's executed when a dial-up networking connection is instigated.

It happens that Universe_JDJ formulated :

"rnaapp.exe is a system executable of the Microsoft Windows 98/ME Operating
System and will be executed when a dialup networking connection is
instigated. This program is a non-essential system process, but should not be
terminated unless suspected to be causing problems."

But what is the answer to the question? I guess I'll just have to give
is a go and see what happens.....

Forget it, the program that was written to use this app will not
