RNA admin blocks XP shut down

During shut down of computer a window comes up saying
that RNA admin needs to end now in order to shut down.
And it wont end now. So I click on the box that says end
now and then it ends and XP shuts down.

What is causing this?
What can I do to fix it?
Is this an indicator of another problem I should deal
with or need to watch out for?

I believe it is associated with Real Player. Do You have
any Real Player applications running? Maybe removing and
reinstalling real player will fix the problem. You could
also try upgrading to a more recent version.
