RM Manager Error?

This usually happens when I have lots of old ATI Software that was
supposed to be uninstalled completley, still on the system.. I have no
idea what this error is or how to get rid of it, but it pops whenever
the Scheduler shows..

Anyone else get this?

I was getting it and a message something like invalid argument or similar
when accessing Scheduler. Repair install didn't help. Did the uninstall,
clean & reinstall per ati.com/install and that fixed it. This was after
installing MMC9.14.
