Rights to Manage Printing

I need to setup three users to manage the printers on a
W2k server. What specific rights do I need to grant to
allow them to manage jobs on all printers and to stop and
restart the spooler service without adding them to the
local Administrators group? Would it be logon as a
service? Granting them change rights to the
spool\printers directory was the easy part.

You can either go to the security tab of the printer
properties and add the three users giving them the rights
to manage the printers, or create a group with those users
as memebers and add the group with manage rights to the
printer.
