recently I can not right click to save pictures from the
web. The box box says "save as" but my only choices are
bitmap or art.
They will not give me the jpeg option. this is very
recent, it worked fine last week.

any help would be greatly appreciated

In Internet Explorer, click on Tools on the top bar.
Click on Internet Options. A window will open, middle of the windows, click
on Delete files. What is happening is you Internet Temporary Files space is
full and you simply need to clean it.
This will solve the problem.
If you want to prevent the problem to happen again, you can also automate
the "clean up" procedure. In the same window, click on the Advanced tab.
Navigate down to Security. Check the box "Empty Temporary...."
