Right mouse click problems in XP

Hello,

I have a problem with the right mouse click in Windows XP. Whenever
the right mouse button is pressed over an icon, it loads a Omnipage 15
PDF installer, instead of providing the standard right click menu.

Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this hijacking of the
right mouse click function? Can anyone suggest a possible fix?
