Right mouse click on highlighted message not working

Hi, When I highlight a message in Outlook 2003 I could use the right mouse
click to move the message around. A little menu used to pop up. This
function is no longer working which is not helpful. Anybody got any ideas?

I am also having this issue with outlook 2003 running on exchange.
The only thing I have found, if you hightlight 2 or more messages the menu
works.
But if you right click a single message, no menu displays.
Seems to be a problem with the local copy of outlook as the user can work ok
on another workstation ( uses roaming profiles)

If I find out anything - will get back to you.
Seems to be a bug in outlook - founf three or more posts here with the same
problem - no solutions

And the solution from another web site

Close Outlook
find a file called frmcache.dat, rename or delete it
Usually c:\documents and settings\username\local settings\application
data\ms\forms\frmcache.dat but just do a seach for it - making usre you
select search system and hidden folders on C drive.

Open Outlook and your menus will be there.
