right context menu items

Hi,

In my right context menu item, I can no longer see "Text file" under the new
tab.
I tried placing a empty text file in the C:\Documents and
Settings\<my_user_name>\Templates directory, but it didn't help.
I also tried loading it using TweakUI->templates, that hasn't helped either.
How can i resore it?
