Right clicking on files

Hi
I am having trouble. When I right click on any file or document or picture
that is saved onto my harddrive, my computer locks up. I sometimes get a
message saying that an error has occurred with DRWatson Post mortem debug.

I have tried left clicking on the file etc and then using the menu on the
left of the screen but this also locks me up. I've tried using the File
option at the top of the screen and this also locks me up. I can unlock my
computer by using the task manager to close down the unresponding file etc.
but at the moment I can't even delete files.

If anyone has any helpful ideas I would be very grateful.

I would recommend disabling DrWatson. I'm attaching a link to Microsoft's
registry fix that works on Windows 2000 and NT, but it's the way to do it in
XP as well. It tells you how to backup your registry (though it's easier to
setup a system recovery point just before editing your registry), how to
edit the proper key, and restart dr watson if necessary.
