Right Clicking in Inbox?

Hey everyone? About 2 days ago my Outlook 2003 started not allowing me to
right click and delete an email from my Inbox or right click and add an email
to the junk email box? I've tried running all the Windows and Office updates
to no avail? Has anybody had this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?

Have you tried running a repair/reinstall on the product? (Go to add/remove
programs in the control panel. highlight office 2003 and then select change
and work your way thru the wizard.)
