Right Clicking Error

I've been having this problem for quite a while now and I can't seem to
understand how to get rid of it. I took a snapshot so you guys can see
the problem a little better (it's at the bottom). What happens is
whenever I right-click a file (doesn't happen with folders...) I get a
software installer started up. It's some Hex Editor a installed a while
ago and uninstalled soon after (I wasn't satisfied with it). But ever
since then, it starts up every time I right-click a file. If I let it
continue and even let it try to install, it gives me an error so the
installer is there for no purpose. I tried using CTRL+ALT+DELETE and it
shows up under the explorer.exe process. I even cleared my temporary
internet files and it just doesn't want to go away. Any idea what the
problem is?
