right click send to

when i right click on any file eg music, all i get now is send to cdrom or a:
..where did mail etc go to ? also backup in tools has gone as well. how can i
restore them. using win xp
 
Right click the Taskbar --> Properties --> Remove the chckmark from "Hide
inactive icons".
